Echoing all the other 5 stars review here, it was great experience dealing with Orlando Pool Tech. I had issues with the automation system (heater cant automatically switch to pool/spa mode, amongst other problems). Gustavo was such a pleasure to deal with. He provided extensive explanation on the issue and was very open about the pricing. He was also willing to work with my budget and all done while I am out of state. After installation he walked me through the set up and remain available for any question. I won't hesitate to recommend this business for your pool needs.

Needed pool automation fixed, pool valve replaced, lights synced and timer reset for pool circulation. He was extremely knowledgeable NO up selling and very professional at a very reasonable price. I have had many repair over the years and he is at the top of the list as the best. Can’t say enough good things about him, quality of his work or knowledge of automation. PS he is a nice person as while I highly recommend him.

I was in an absolute emergency with our pool pump. We had just finished resurfacing our pool and had refilled it. When we went to start our pump it would not prime, which is a disaster because we needed the filter to be on 24/7 for a number of days to help the refinish settle correctly. Orlando Pool Tech treated my problem like the emergency it was and scrambled a tech out here same-day for a patchwork fix to get our filter running again to address the immediate problem, then came out the next day to replace three valves as a permanent fix. Without Orlando Pool Tech's prompt response our resurface could have been ruined.

He was very accommodating, allowing us to make last minute changes .The different teams involved in the process were all professional and prompt.The finish is a work of Art . These guys are awesome. I couldn’t ask for anything more. My water pump was super noisy and my electric bill was over the top. The guys at Orlando pool tec came over with a top model water pump and they did some extra work so my valve is also up to date. Now I don’t here the pump! The light bill is lower ! And everything is automatically done! So no need to set that reminder to turn it on or off! Super happy with the job! Thank you so much Orlando pool tec. I would def recommend the service

Had our pool resurfaced. It was a huge project we coordinated with Gus of Orlando pool tech. The work took several days and lots of people coming and going patience is a must. Gus was available every minute to answer questions, and he inspected the work that was done. We are very happy with this company and especially Gus who really worked with us throughout the project.

Exceptional customer service, punctual and on time. Fixed my pool with replacement parts in less than 24hrs, pinch a penny was charging me twice the price he quoted with labor and wouldn’t make it out for another 3 days. I have recently bought a home in Florida and Gustavo was instrumental in resurfacing and automation of my pool . Gustavo was always on time and explained and answered any of our questions.
